Abstract

In the pharmaceutical industry, Good Practice (GxP) regulations are critical for ensuring the integrity, safety, and efficacy of products throughout their lifecycle. As organizations increasingly rely on digital systems to manage GxP-related data, the threat landscape has expanded, necessitating advanced cybersecurity measures. This paper examines the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in enhancing cybersecurity for GxP data integrity. Through an analysis of AI-driven technologies such as machine learning, anomaly detection, and automated response systems, the study highlights how AI can proactively identify and mitigate potential threats to data integrity. Case studies of pharmaceutical companies that have implemented AI solutions demonstrate improved compliance and reduced incidents of data breaches. Additionally, the paper discusses the challenges associated with integrating AI into existing cybersecurity frameworks, including regulatory considerations and the need for a culture of security awareness. Ultimately, this research underscores the importance of adopting AI technologies to safeguard GxP data, ensuring both compliance with regulatory standards and the integrity of pharmaceutical products.
