Abstract

In the era of digital health transformation, secure data sharing across multi-cloud environments has become a critical necessity for healthcare systems. This paper presents a comprehensive cryptographic framework designed to facilitate secure and efficient data sharing among diverse healthcare entities operating within multi-cloud architectures. The proposed framework employs advanced cryptographic techniques, including homomorphic encryption and digital signatures, to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity while maintaining compliance with stringent regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR. By leveraging a decentralized access control mechanism, the framework enhances data sharing among stakeholders, enabling seamless interoperability without compromising sensitive patient information. Experimental results demonstrate the framework's effectiveness in achieving low latency and high throughput, making it suitable for real-time healthcare applications. The findings of this study contribute to the ongoing discourse on enhancing data security in healthcare and provide a scalable solution for secure data sharing in multi-cloud environments.
