Smart Healthcare: Enhancing Remote Patient Monitoring with AI and IoT

The healthcare system is undergoing a revolution as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies are integrated with remote patient monitoring. This paper focuses on how AI and IoT increase the efficacy of remote healthcare for better patient outcomes, timely diagnosis, and personalized treatment. In this paper we present a review of the development trends and also case studies in which we emphasized Artificial Intelligence (AI) Algorithms to help us analyze health data, covering previous works done based on IoT devices for collection. We highlight the impacts of real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and personalized care on healthcare delivery by looking into three connected case studies. It also addresses key challenges like data privacy, system integration, and scalability. Overall The study highlights the roles that AI and IoT can play in enabling patient-centric, proactive healthcare systems, which could improve disease management and quality of life for patients.
