Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into cloud infrastructure management through DevOps strategies has revolutionized how businesses ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of cloud services. By automating repetitive tasks, predicting failures, and optimizing resource allocation, AI empowers DevOps teams to proactively manage infrastructure. However, just as blockchain integrated neural networks (Banik et al., 2023) have introduced a novel approach for improving accuracy and security in MRI-based brain tumor detection, AIdriven DevOps strategies aim to enhance the performance and security of cloud infrastructure. This paper explores the synergies between AI techniques and DevOps practices to deliver highquality cloud infrastructure solutions that ensure reliable service delivery. Drawing parallels from BrainTumorNet's AI-driven methodology (Banik et al., 2023), which optimizes image quality and enhances security via blockchain, we demonstrate how AI tools in DevOps can predict system failures, optimize resource allocation, and ensure data integrity in cloud environments. Through a case study approach, we present the technical details of integrating AI models into cloud infrastructure management and discuss the significant improvements in operational efficiency and security.
